We want you to be happy with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to purchase our products knowing that your handmade product is how you wanted. To that end, we cannot accept returns;
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email email@example.com with a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase of the damaged product.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. You can communicate what option you prefer.
